It was a pleasure to stop at beautiful Grand Turk on a cruise day offering a very enjoyable day.

Beach Minutes 
from the Cruise Ship

Just a short walk from the cruise ship, the Grand Turk Cruise Center goes out of its way to provide a memorable experience where you can take excursions or relax along a beautiful beach with beach restaurants or around the pool.

Beach Gets Less Crowded

And get this... the beach lounge chairs are free! Also, they keep local vendors from hassling you there – nicely done!

The Grand Turk Center includes a swimming pool, 1000 feet of beachfront, cabanas available for rent, shops, and the world’s largest Margaritaville restaurant.

Travel tip: If you want to get away from some of the cruise ship crowds at Grand Turk, get out a bit early and walk down the beach (not far) where there are some lounge chairs with umbrellas right on the beach for rent. Locals offering cheaper beer and food run the beach restaurants down there.

If you want to try the beach and decide to book an excursion on Grand Turk, the local vendors are located along the beach and offer many excursions for a fee.
